Brian is responsible for directing the company’s overall vision, shaping the product strategy, and leading business development through strategic partnerships. In addition to serving on many boards, Brian was named a U.S. German Marshall Foundation Fellow and serviced as an advisor to Secretary of Commerce, Penny Pritzker. His ability to integrate technical strategies with business objectives positions the company for significant and sustained growth. By combining technical insights with business acumen, Brian identifies new avenues for expansion that support the company’s long-term success. Brian holds a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Wendy oversees the company’s day-to-day operations. With over 25 years of experience including leadership positions at the Henry Ford Academy, University of Michigan Law School, and the Soros Foundations, Wendy brings expertise in operational strategy, resource management, and team development, excelling at building scalable systems that support rapid growth without compromising quality or efficiency. Wendy has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and aligning operations with the company’s strategic vision to meet business objectives. She holds a BA from Oberlin College and an MA from Columbia University.

Randy leads EI’s product strategy and innovation, guiding development from concept to launch, to ensure that products meet customer and business objectives.  Randy spent the bulk of his career in finance, helping both large trading firms and startups to architect and develop automated trading tools, fully algorithmic trading platforms and risk management systems in support of managing multi-million-dollar trading and investment portfolios.  Randy holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Joe leads the company’s technology strategy and is responsible for overseeing the development and technical architecture of our solution, ensuring the integration of advanced technologies to bring our vision to life. Recognized as a Crain’s Detroit Business CIO of the year, Joe has a proven track record in building scalable, cloud-based platforms.. His deep expertise in developing innovative, high-performance technology solutions is the cornerstone of our technical success. Joe holds a BSE in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan,

Derek is responsible for shaping overall revenue generation strategies, driving sales performance, fostering partnerships, and overseeing customer success to ensure the business remains financially sustainable and scalable. With a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth, Derek previously served as Global President at Ricardo Strategic Consulting, where he achieved consistent year-over-year growth. He holds a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Paul overseas the implementation of advanced analytics strategies and data-driven-decision making processes, ensuring that EI makes informed, timely and effective business decisions. With more than 15 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence, Paul has worked for large scale companies including Collins Aerospace, Cisco, and Blackbaud and is expert in unlocking actionable insights from complex data sets.  He holds a Computer Science, BSC (first class honors) from the University of Liverpool.

Rick oversees the IT, security, and compliance functions, ensuring that our technology platform remains secure, scalable, and fully compliant with all legal and industry standards. Rick has extensive experience in managing  IT infrastructure and cybersecurity systems  in the Defense and Technology sectors including roles at General Dynamics and DXC Technologies,. Rick is an expert in safeguarding company data, managing cloud security, and ensuring compliance with key industry regulations such as GDPR and SOC 2. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research & Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University
